Hongshannan Gold Mine is located at the southwest-west direction, 80 km away from the Hami City of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.

After six years' mining and production, the resource estimates of Hongshannan Gold Mine as at 31 March 2018 were confirmed by the Group’s internal experts as follows:
The Hongshannan Gold Mine has come to exhaustion. There was no stock at the mine yard and the gold processing plant. Along with the stop production of the Hongshannan Gold Mine, the rehabilitation plan and the leasing out of the gold processing plant are under consideration.
